in love and respect his support for his beautiful Princess
will be strong and everlasting. She need never fear any evil

As
the marriage ceremony continues, they swear vow after vow
love, honor, cherish all the wonderful principles upon
which marriages are based. The Pages lift the royal couple
in the air so all may hear the marriage vows.

In the
grand ending of the ceremony, the Prince demonstrates his strength.
He will always be there when his new Princess wife needs him.

The Fairies
throw the wedding veil over Maries head and the brightness
from the huge candles light the way back to reality as she
and the Prince walk into the darkness.

Alas!
Every dream comes to an end. Marie shudders and wakes up.
Her Nutcracker doll is still in her arms still broken
but she knows that by closing her eyes when she sleeps in
her warm bed, she can always bring her handsome Prince back
to her and together they can visit the Kingdom of Sweets
to fulfill their marriage vows love honor and cherish.
