Irina Rubtsova, soprano, Honoured Artist of Russia

Irina Rubtsova was born in Moscow. She is a graduate of the Moscow State Conservatoire in the vocal class of Professor Irina Àrkhipova.

In 1993 she joined the Bolshoi Theatre Opera Company as soloist. From 1999 –2002 she was soloist with the Grande Opera in Paris.

The singer worked with the following conductors: Yuri Òåmirkanov, Eugenie Svetlanov, Ìàrk Ermler, Bertini, G. Konlon, Alexandr Lazarev, Mstislav Rostropovich, Ìàrk Gorenstein, Alexandr Vedernikov, Ìàrek Trach, Valeriy Polyansky, Marcello Panni.

She has made her stage appearances in San Francisco (USA), Graz (Austria), Seoul (Southern Korea), Italy, Japan, Denmark, England, France, Germany and Poland.
